Kelowna cannabis

There are a variety of Kelowna cannabis strains available in the market. Each strain has its own benefits and drawbacks. The type of cannabis you use will depend on your personal needs and preferences. There are three main types of cannabis- indica, sativa, and hybrid.

Indica

Indica strains are usually used for relaxation or sleep aid. They can also be used to relieve pain due to their sedative effects. Indica strains have a higher THC content than other types of Kelowna cannabis, usually ranging from 10% to 20%.

Sativa

Sativa strains have a higher CBD content which makes them ideal for daytime use or as an energy booster before work or exercise. They also help with depression, anxiety, and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). Sativa strains have a lower THC content than indica strains, but can still range from 5% to 20%.

Hybrid

Hybrids are a mix between indica and sativa in Kelowna.
